Reporting abuse & takedown
Share links are public — anyone who has the link can view its content. If a share contains illegal content, someone’s private information or other abuse, this page explains how to report it and what we do next.
When to report
Section titled “When to report”- The share exposes someone’s personal information or private screenshots
- Illegal or prohibited content
- Phishing or scam pages
- Any other clear abuse
Ordinary bug reports and product complaints are not abuse, and are out of scope here.
How to report
Section titled “How to report”- Open the share link
- Find the report entry point on the share page
- Choose a reason, add any context, and submit
We are notified and review it. To prevent spam, reports from the same IP are rate-limited.
What we do
Section titled “What we do”- After verification we take the content down: the share file and its record are removed and the link stops working
- In serious cases we take action on the account involved
- We do not notify the reporter separately, but the link stops working immediately once content is removed — that is your confirmation
The faster path: ask the owner to delete it
Section titled “The faster path: ask the owner to delete it”If you know who shared it (for example a colleague who accidentally captured sensitive data), having them delete it is fastest: sign in to the console, open “My feedback” and delete — it takes effect immediately and the link dies at once.
Contact us
Section titled “Contact us”If the report entry point is unavailable, or the situation is urgent, email bugcapturer@gmail.com with the share link and a short description.
