In short: Use BugCapturer lawfully, only report on sites you are allowed to report on, and do not use it to collect data you have no right to collect.
1. The service
- BugCapturer consists of a browser extension, an embeddable Web SDK, a share page and a web console at app.bugcapturer.com.
- The extension and the SDK are provided as-is; features may be added, changed or removed as the product evolves.
- We may suspend the service for maintenance or security reasons, and will give notice where practical.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
- Do not share a single account between people; use a team when several people need access.
3. Acceptable use
- Only capture and share content you have the right to capture and share. Do not record third-party pages without permission.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious or privacy-invasive content.
- Do not attempt to bypass domain whitelists, rate limits or other technical controls.
- Do not use the service to harass anyone or to build a dataset of personal information.
4. Your content and your responsibility
- You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, deliver and display it as you direct.
- If you embed the Web SDK, you are the controller of the reports your visitors submit, including any identity you pass in. You are responsible for informing them and for having a lawful basis.
- We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law, and will act on reported abuse within 24 hours.
5. Third-party integrations
- You can send reports into third-party services such as Feishu Bitable or your own webhook. Those services are governed by their own terms.
- You are responsible for the credentials you provide and for the data that ends up in your own systems.
- We are not responsible for a third-party service's availability, accuracy or handling of the data delivered to it.
6. Plans, quotas and retention
- Free, Pro and Enterprise plans differ in project count, seats, retention and support. The current terms are described on the pricing page.
- Reports are kept for the retention period of your plan and deleted automatically afterwards.
- We may change plan limits with reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
7. Suspension, termination and changes
- You may stop using the service at any time and delete your shares from the console.
- We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice where practical.
- We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date shown at the top of this page.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
- The service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for data you did not export.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law and contact
- These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BugCapturer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
